Mountain Villa Remodel
What began as a simple plan to expand the laundry room evolved into a complete home transformation. This 3,500 sq. ft. modern villa, nestled in the serene mountains of Palm Desert, was reimagined from its 1980s style into a bright, open, and contemporary residence.
Working closely with the homeowners, we reconfigured the layout to open the interior spaces to the outdoors, introducing larger windows that invite natural light and enhance the connection to the surrounding landscape. Modern finishes and carefully curated details were thoughtfully integrated throughout, creating a cohesive flow that complements the home’s architecture.
The project also included the design of patio layouts and a custom pool area, resulting in inviting outdoor living spaces that extend the home’s functionality and aesthetic.
Through our architectural vision and technical expertise, and in close collaboration with the homeowners and Vivid Homes on interior color palettes and furnishings, we crafted a home that is both visually striking and perfectly tailored to their lifestyle.
